Wallpaper behind html file

I can't get rid of a html file that I went in a deleted but it covers my
wallpaper. The file doesn't appear to be on the computer when I search for it
and where it says it is located when I check the properties when I right
click on my desktop. Anyone know how I can get rid of it so I can see my
wallpaper?
