Multimedia Controller Driver

Hi
My computer is Dell dimension 2400
I 've re installed windows again. I now see device manager asking for a
driver called "multimedia controller". I ve tried every thing to solve this
problem but failed. I was actually trying to install a Pinnacle PC TV tuner
card and since then it is giving this message. In more details it says there
is an unknown device (tv tuner) in PCI slot 1 and there is no driver signed.
I 've tried every possible driver places, the cd which came with hardware
(tv tuner), dell resource cd and windows own drivers as well and every thing
failed.
Can any one please help me ?
