Hello Kelly,

You read correctly! I opened the regedit program. Closed it. Since then, the
problem has went away. It now shuts off after only one try. Has been great
for the past few days. Have turned on/off the PC maybe 3-4 times a day. :)

I did modify one command line. But thats about it. Any how, since everying
is now honky dory. I think I'll leave it as is and not bother with adding the
4th command line you suggested. I'm assuming nothing is going to happen if I
leave out the 4th line if it hasn't happened already.
