A partial solution would to be to create a second user account using 'your'
name. Once you are satisfied you have transferred all the information you
need from her account you could delete it - provided you created your new
account with administrator privileges.
Note: If you change her privileges (i.e. change her account type) from
'administrator' to 'limited' you will not be bothered by a Windows Welcome
screen that shows two accounts.
You can also right-click MY COMPUTER and select Properties to change the
computer name - if this is an issue.
Finally, and most importantly, sorry about your loss.
