Larger screen icons/font for viewing w/o losing access to options

I have a client needs larger icons / fonts because of eyesight problems.
However, if I set the screen resolution to 800 X 600 and font/icons to 150%
(which is what he likes) I then can't access the print button in (for
instance) Adobe.
