Well dumbass, you obviously have reading comprehension problems, maybe you
should seek permission to get your head into oxygenated areas for clearer
understanding. The OP was simply asking if installing (what is a newer
version of) Photoshop over the older, is acceptable for installing purposes,
not for anything under permissible reasons.
