Networking doesn't work

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I can see all my computers (3) from the desktop computer, but I cannot see
any of the other computers from my notebook. I'm into my router (D-Link
DI-614+ Rev. b). So, I can ping all the computers on the network, from any
computer on the network, but I cannot enter any computer through Windows
Explorer. Any ideas? Any questions?
