No one's getting it, can I get an expert?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

No one seems to be getting it. I have hit enter at the logon. I have tried
to put any number of passwords in there too, but nothing is working. I have
to have this computer by tomorrow and it is stuck at the logon screen with
the user as Administrator? What the hell? I did the "control
userpasswords2" thing and unchekced the little box - that's what got me here.
I went to "control panel/users" and made sure there were no passwords
needed. I need an expert, that's why I'm in the expert zone. There has to
be a way to fix this and I need some help figuring it out.
