Hi,
Thank you Ron Martell, You are a gentleman and most likely have gone a long
way in helping me solve my situation, unlike Mr Richard Urban who held up the
hand of extreme experience while he trashed and tarnished my abilities in the
simple field of Computer Technology that I have worked within for many years.
Microsoft should emphasise those facts as well to the end user like me on all
their software that I will come across persons like him, Maybe he does or
does not work for Microsoft, but he certainly sounds like a person that has
the abilities or capabilities to know what he is talking about as he tends to
look forward to a good nights rest and then he gets back to his place of
employment and reads mail such as mine and thinks to himself, "Well I will
just add another accolade to Microsofts abilities or his own, which ever the
case may be, while I trash this guy for, all that know me well" except the
Guy you attempted to trash knows possibly as much as you do". So that is two
thimble fulls each that we both posess on Microsofts abilities with this SP2.
Mr Ron Martell on the other hand read my mail and I am so thankful to him
and he understood the situation and provided good advice to the best of his
ability. I do not think that Mr Ron Martell will ever have any problem with
a good nights sleep or shed any worry or anxiety about his employment. He
knows how to deal with a situation and provide an intelligent reply as well
unlike some who wish to create mountains from Mole Hills. Then again you
possibly do need to worry about your employment and your rest Mr Urban
