graphics card upgrade

hi folks,ive just bought a new pc and the graphics card is not very good,it
wont play games and when i play clips on media player etc the quality is not
very good.it seems to be pixalated.i live in england and could anybody tell
me a good card that i can buy that will solve the problems i have,and also
are they easy to fit. thanks for any help.
