Clip Art won't work

I use Windows 98 and MS Office XP. when I try to drag and drop clip art the
cllip organizer opens up and I get a message that say "Clip organizer cannot
complete the operation: No such inerface supported Error Code Ox80004002. Can
someone tell me what I need to do to be able to use my clip art organizer.
