I'm human, but I checked carefully.
And that would not explain why they sent two nastygrams but will
not respond to my inquiries.
By contrast, when I sent a note to individual.net last night
explaining the situation and asking them please not to turn my
account off while this is getting resolved, they responded promptly
and politely, assured me my account would stay active, and offered
to intercede with Click-Buy if I haven't heard anything
satisfactory by Tuesday.
