It sounds like he played a game that reset his screen
resolution. To BMILK, right click on the desktop and select
properties, then look at the settings tab to see what it is
now set at. You may need to reinstall or update the
graphics drivers (using the device manager) if the codes
that smooth the lines and fonts have been damaged.
You didn't say, are you using a CRT monitor or an LCD panel?
The LCD must be set at the native resolution to get the
proper appearance.
