Jennifer:
There's a program called ABF Outlook Express Backup that's designed
specifically for OE backup purposes, including messages, settings, address
book, rules, etc. The program also has an option to back up your Favorites
as well. I've been using various versions of it for nearly a year now and
find it a very useful program. While there are freebie, or near-freebie
programs available for backing up OE, which I'm sure you will hear about, as
well as manual procedures to backup OE, the simplicity, ease of operation,
and effectiveness in what it does (both in terms of backing up and restoring
OE data), make that ABF program very appealing tome and to others who have
used it. Take a look at it at:

The cost of the program is $29.95 (download - $10 extra for the CD) and they
have a free 30-day evaluation download available although it's a rather
crippled version. I find the program well worth its cost.
