Mike
SpamGuard SpamGuard helps stop annoying junk mail. You can even block specific addresses.
Have you enabled this service? I am with BT Yahoo and this sorts messages between my Inbox and a Bulk Message folder. If you synchronise in Outlook Express the contents of the Inbox are downloaded but not those in the Bulk folder. To download any in the Bulk folder you need to Move selected messages to your Inbox. You can use the Internet Explorer access to your mail box to do this.
It seems that Ameritech have linked up with Yahoo. Spamguard was offered to me when BT linked up with Yahoo in the UK. It seems likely that Ameritech is going through a similar process. Spamguard works well once it has learnt what are Spam and what is genuine mail.

Hope this helps.
