Best to "Slipstream" your SP1 disk, before installing. This way you
avoid the post-install upgrade. Your install won't require a folder on
the drive ServicePackFiles, that takes up 400+ Megabytes. It also
avoids the $NT uninstaller folder that would hold the SP1 back out
data.
There are a number of web-sites that have step-by-step instructions
or tools to automate the process.
