how do I get rid of STICKY KEYS?

It's keeps popping up on my wife's computer.
I have used the Windows Control Pane, Add or Remove feature to remove
everything from Accessibility Options.

But at random times her computer beeps, and that darn Sticky keys window
opens.

Cancel out and it's back in a few minutes....

Help me before she kills me!
