Registry cleaners are generally not needed.
They have the possibility of causing great problems with little or no
possibility of an advantage in performance.
You should not use them unless you know exactly what it is doing and
possible consequences of the change.
Do not simply take the word of the cleaner, they may not be accurate for
your situation.
This would require some knowledge of the registry.
