It's usually no problem to copy files via Floppy from Win98 to WinXP
and vice versa. In your case, however, the (old) floppy drive in the
Win98 computer *might* be no longer adjusted. You may want to format
the floppy in the Win98 computer but I doubt that this will solve your
problem. Provided that the Win98 computer has USB ports, you may want
to use an USB memory stick instead. Note that Win98 depends on drivers
from the USB stick's manufacturer.
