Can any one please help me. I have been asked by a friend to see why she can
not log into Windows when she clicks on her user name the curser is flashing
in the password box. She types the password and nothing appears. She uses an
cordless keyboard, when I first tried to type in the password it said low
battery. I have changed the batteries but still the password does not work
or appear in the password box.

How can she log in to Windows if this part of the program does not recognise
the password information. I have tried using lower and upper case and a
combination of both.

Thank you in advance.

Regards
