Like Steve said, some program like DeepFreeze was used. You'll need to
read the manual for the program if you installed it. If you didn't
install it, then you'll need to ask your systems administrator about
this. If you received the computer as a "gift" or purchased it from "a
friend", you'll need to wipe the hard drive, format it, and clean
install Windows.
