Can't remove istsvc.exe from my computer

Hi,
>From time to time again, I've got an annoying pop up screen probably
generated by istsvc. I've wiped it out several times from ad-aware. But
seems like it revives to attack my computer every now and again. How can I
totally remove this stuff?
