Media Center obviously has all the Media Center things - like TV, a "10 foot
UI" etc. Pro has a few things like being able to join a domain and being
able to use network resources without requiring a password everything.

Basically Media Center is built on to of Pro - minus some of the more
"corporate" networking stuff.
