You really do not have a choice unless your computer is new enough you can
return for a refund.
Since your computer is OEM, Microsoft will not give you a Windows XP CD.
If you want one, you will need to pay regular price for it.
You could locate a REPUTABLE dealer and buy an OEM Windows, normally with a
piece of hardware.
These OEM are considerably cheaper than retail.
