missing icons

I just installed a new hard drive and the software that came with it allowed
me to move both my data and applications to the new drive. It seemed like
everything was working, but when I do a Start > Programs > Microsoft Office -
all of the program icons are missing and the applications won't start.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?
