My Installation CD has Service Pack 2 included. There is nothing else I can
do. The only option is to push R for Repairing. Then I only have the options
to choose drive C or D. Then I have to enter my password.....then it gives
blank lines of C:/ where I have to type a command. only other option is to
EXIT.
