connection

i can't enable the microsoft firewall, it gives me the msg that its not
installed. I can't also diconnect my internet connection,dsl. The most
imporntant thing is that for some reason after an hour, i can't no longer
surf. I did a scan using the network diagnose and got the error DHCPServer
(failed). Any idea?
