i put my installation disk in. I had to push R to run system recovery.
however, this is all very confusing. it sounded much simpler in your post. it
had me choose one of my drives to log onto and enter my administration
password......then i had to choose commands. one of the options under HELP
was BOOTDISK....then it asks: "are you sure you want to write a new
bootsector to the partition C?" I don't want to take chances of losing ANY
data.......i don't know what to do.
