Hi i wonder if someone can help me with a small buty very annoying problem
when i connect to or reconnect to the internet the messenger service starts
running and connects me although i dont have it set to start or to run in
background the service is disabled when it starts it doesnt appear in the
notifictions area so i cant even see whos online so prettty useless i
always use msn messenger7beta so this is annoying this one starting and
making msn take longer o sign in becauseit shows a notification that im being
signed out because i signed in on another computer
theres only one user account on this computer so i know its not from
another account
ive checked through other programs that may be using the messengr ie: msn
explorer oulook express all setting for messenger are disabled i recently
installed .net framework although never used it so maybe its that and i
have no idea how to change settings on that perhaps a service needs disabled
i know theres bound to be a key in the registry i can edit to stop
messenger starting
please advise
thanks
JohnH
