See if this helps:
Go to Start/Run and type in each:
regsvr32 /u C:\Winnt\System32\hhctrl.ocx
regsvr32 C:\Winnt\System32\hhctrl.ocx
Note: C:\Windows or C:\Winnt depending on your setup.
