16 bit ms-dos subsystem

every time i boot my pc up i get a message

c:/docume~1\rob\locals~1\temp\rar$ex00.297\_setup.exe

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOexec.nt

the system file is not suitible for running MS-DOS and microsoft windows
applications.please choose "close" to terminate the application
