How to make a program run a service?

Want to the W-Lan software as a service to enable the W-Lan (the program) for
all users by making the program/software start as a service. This instead of
now as it starts a program with "autostart"

The program has to be run as 'administrator' and I dont want to give all
users admin-priveleges.

All help highly appreciated!
