Hi:
I would like to connect my lap-top to my home-computer over ETHERNET; both
machines run XP. I tried to use the setup wizard, but it did not work. I can
see the new network group I created under the Microsoft Windows Network, but
both machines display the connection as "no connectivity". The problem seems
to reside in the lap-top: in my home-computer I can see both machines listed
under the group, in my lap-top I cannot open the group and get the message
that I might not have permission to use this network resource. I have tried
modifying the connection settings and the like...no use.
Thanks
