uninstalling an inactivate windows

Hello
I have a problem & I hope you could help me.3 months ago I
installed a version of windows xp pro. on my pc but it was
not an original one & it is inactivate now so I couldn't
log on to my windows.I installed another windows xp on
another drive but now I cannot uninstall my previous
windows & the programs installed on that.Please tell me
how to uninstall the previous windows & programs?
