OK, you performed an upgrade, but you still haven't answered the questions:
1) What, exactly, do you mean by "... I can't find my logins from XP
Home?"
2) Are the user accounts' profiles missing from the C:\Documents and
Settings folder?
3) Can you still see the user accounts when you right-click My Computer
> Manage > Local Users and Groups?
