What changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't?
Your post is too broad to get a specific answer. As a generalized
answer, I would troubleshoot:

1. Make sure your computer is 100% virus and spyware-free.
2. If you have a cable/dsl modem, power-cycle it by turning it off for
about 30 seconds and then turning it on again.
3. If you have a router to go with the cable/dsl modem, include it in
your power-cycling - the router gets turned off, then the modem; wait a
bit and then turn on the modem and then the router.
4. Start>Run cmd [enter]
    ipconfig /release [enter]
    ipconfig /renew [enter]
5. Check hardware - network adapter or modem.
6. Check hardware - any cables.
