Awww, that is great philosophy starting conversation!!! That is the
controversy over the 'death' and how we consider someone to be dead or not.
The government made a rulling after a committee. Harvard was the one who
started the 'brain death' diagnosis of calling someone dead. Actually, many
people pronounced dead are brain dead and actually their other parts of the
body are still alive. Our society sees the mind as the person. I see no
disconnection or separation between mind/body, they are connected!!!! There
are as well many situations of people being wrongfully seen as dead, the
last person was not the only person they wrongfully called dead.
