no

this value controls the paging of the pageable code in ntoskrnl.exe.

it was created to facilitate driver development and it's just a few
mb's...if you keep these in memory, it will be at the expense of the
same amount of mb's that are accessed more recently...a hit, not a gain
in perfomrnce
