I have tried several spyware programs over the years, and the company that makes the spyware program for Microsoft has been around for a few. Unless you visit a great many dubious sites and have never met an "OK" button that you couldn't click, then I would say the MS anti-spyware program is plenty. This is especially true if you have the memory resident portions running.
