Gerry this is the information he has supplied me with to date:

On 2/12:

A provider, Offprov has been registered in the WMI \Root\MSAPPS, to use
Local System Account. Account is privileged and provider may cause a
security violation if it does not correctly impersonate user requests.

On 2/8:

Product: Palm Desktop- A newer version of Palm Desktop is already installed.

On 2/3 (3 times):

Hanging Application, VERSION 0.0.0.0. hang module hang application version.

On 1/12:

Detection of product (with along number) feature 'Office User Data component
(again with a long number) failed. The resource 'HKEY_CURRENT_ USER
Xsoftware\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Common\User Data does to exist

On 12/30:

Detection of product (again with a long number) Feature Outlook MAPICONTAR
failed during request for component.

Also reference other feature: Outlook MAPIIMEP, MAPIPST, MAPI that all
failed.

Hope it makes sense.
