XP wants you to have a user level account, with Admin status for day to
day needs. The one called 'Administrator' is then hidden in reserve
for emergencies. You can access it on booting to Safe mode, using the
F8 key to get the menu.

You can change its password by running the line in Start - Run
control userpasswords2
highlight it (or any account) and 'Reset Password. But DON'T forget
what you set!
