Let's assume that I can get all the software for free and only want
an assembled, working and tested, PC. Can I get that or am I
required to buy they're software? And without the software issue,
where's the biggest bang for my buck? (I prefer not to assemble
[build]}. Plus I live in San Diego and there is a very healthy PC
competion here. Usually my net cost (Tax vs. shipping) is the same
for hardware and software.
