This is old news for HP products. Check with them. That said, within my
experience helping others, download the drivers to a special folder clearly
defined under C: to/for all devices mentioned/involved, fully extract them
and then point the way via the problematic device manager errors, where it
says Update Driver/Browse. Good luck!
