Thanks Al. BTW, I have two hard drives and 98SE is on C: whereas XP Pro. is
on D:. Would it be okay to use a program like Partition Magic to split one
of the drives into two? Right now, I am using a modified boot.ini of the
Windows XP boot loader and what will happen to that if I install Linux on
another partition. Finally, should the partition be in Fat32 or NTFS.
Thanks for all of your help. I really appreciate it.

: I had a tri-boot system. No problems at all. It's best to install
: each operating system on its own drive, and to install Linux last
: so that its boot manager comes up each time you boot the computer.
: It gives you the option to boot from any OS on the computer.
