RUNDLL error

Hi, when i start my computer up i get the following message:
“Error loading C:\Program Files\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\cdaEngine0400.dll
The specified module could not be found."

Also when i shut down my computer, it tells me a program called "sgtray" has
stopped responding. It's easy enough to click the "end now" option and stop
the programme from running but does anyone think they might know how to solve
these two problems?
Any suggestions at all would be welcome.
