You have WinXP SP1 installed, the fixes in which supersede KB328310.
Your reply also tells me that you're not up-to-date with IE/OE patches,
therefore I suspect you're not up-to-date with WinXP SP1 patches either (let
alone installing WinXP SP2).
Are you stating that Windows Update doesn't offer you *any* patches/updates?
