No, this is *not* a limitation of FAT32. Windows XP has the
limitation that it can not *create* a FAT32 partition larger than
32GB, but it will happily use one. All you have to do is create
it externally, using FDISK from Windows 98/Me.

Don't mix up a Windows XP limitation with a FAT32 one.
