I somehow just lost my internet connection on one machine that is connected
to a router and cable modem.. I have checked all settings that I know of and
cannot correct it. I do notice that under properties of the connection, it
lists an IP address which is not correct. I cannot find the setting to
actual see where this address is coming from though. I am set to
"automatically' set ip address, but it should and was a 192.168 number since
it connects to a router. I see that "winipcfg" does not work in WinXP. Waht
is the command in WinXP that replaces "winipcfg"? Can anyone advise why I
can no longer connect. I am setup for the same workgroup . Thanks
