The last time I had to deal with McAfee, you simply go to their
web site. You login to your account. It should remember your
last on-line purchase and allow you to re-install/download the
product. However, it's not a static download and the installer
will run automatically which may or may not resolve your issue.
Unfortunately, both McAfee & Symantec make it difficult to
obtain front-line technical support without incurring a charge or
getting "Canned" email responses to check their Knowledge base
articles. Just make a mental reminder of that the next time your
product(s) come up for renewal.
