Can't sign on to Windows logon

I changed some network settings from a domain network for at the office to a
workgroup for a travel network between two laptops using a wirless router.
After i did this the laptops then required windows logon. I don't know the
username and password to get into windows to change it back so i can actually
use the laptop. Any help would be great!!!
